Failed Delivery Attempts

  • The package is not collected from the courier.

The shipment may be returned to LoomTheBrand.

Additional shipping charges may apply before the order is shipped again.


Damaged Packages

  • Provide your order number along with clear photographs of the package and product.

  • Retain all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Eligible claims will be handled in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.


Lost Shipments

If you believe your shipment has been lost, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping provider to investigate the shipment.

Replacement shipments will only be provided after the courier confirms the package is lost or where otherwise required under applicable law.


Exchange Shipping

  • Return shipping costs for size exchanges.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges requested due to personal preference.

LoomTheBrand Responsibility

We will cover replacement shipping costs when:

  • The product received is defective.

  • The product was damaged during shipment.

  • The wrong item was shipped due to our error.


Order Cancellation

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted, and our Return & Exchange Policy will apply instead.
